Initial Situation
Habitation Clément, part of the GBH group, hosts events with up to 8,000 guests. Entry management relied on multi-tab spreadsheets and manual visual checks, causing queues, errors and duplicates. IT Luxuoso designed a fully custom guest check-in application, validated to handle up to 10,000 entries per event.
