All prices are shown incl. VAT. A 30% deposit is payable at order for the Essentiel offer and 25% for the Business and Premium offers, with the balance following the chosen payment schedule.
The Essentiel package corresponds to a professional showcase website. The Business package opens the way to creating an online store once combined with a sales funnel.
The Essentiel offer requires a 30% deposit at order, while Business and Premium require a 25% deposit. The balance follows your chosen payment schedule. On monthly plans, the deposit is equivalent to the first instalment, then the stated monthly amount applies for the whole term. You own everything at the end of the term: website, domain name, content and images. No tacit renewal.

The Monthly Payment That Changes Everything

Paying €4,340 incl. VAT upfront locks up your cash in one go, for an asset your accountant will amortise over several years. Paying €169 incl. VAT per month fits naturally into your operating expenses, keeps your cash available for what matters (stock, hiring, advertising) and may offer a tax advantage if your company pays corporate tax. The longer the term, the lower the payment: the Essentiel package goes from €109/month incl. VAT over 12 months down to €49/month incl. VAT over 36 months. You choose the balance between monthly charge and speed of ownership.

Two add-ons: emergency work outside the service-level commitment from €150 depending on severity, with a firm price agreed in writing beforehand, and keeping the site online without intervention at €99/year.
These rates are indicative: the maintenance contract is being finalised legally and cannot be signed yet. Maintenance remains included for the whole instalment period of a website, over 12, 24 or 36 months.

The media budget is yours to pay and is never collected by IT Luxuoso: you pay Google or Meta directly. A recommended budget, distinct from the floor, is advised in writing and recorded in the specific terms. These rates apply to websites managed by IT Luxuoso; an external website requires a quote issued after a technical audit.
Two discounts apply: 50% off the first management month when ordered together with a website, and 10% off every monthly fee with an annual management commitment.

What happens after the first year?

Who owns the website at the end of the contract?
Some agencies keep the domain name or deactivate the site when the subscription ends. Check this point in the terms and conditions before signing anything.
Are modifications billed?
After delivery, every text or image change can cost €50 to €100 per hour depending on the provider. At IT Luxuoso, minor modifications are unlimited for the entire duration of the contract, under the conditions set out in our terms.
