COMMUNICATION AND BRANDING

Communication Agency in Martinique: A Brand Recognisable on Every Touchpoint

A customer receives your flyer, visits your website, then lands on your Instagram page. The same business three times, three different impressions. The colours do not quite match, the typeface changes, the logo is slightly stretched on one of them.

That customer will never mention it. But something has just happened: they trust you a little less than they did thirty seconds ago.

Visual consistency is not a matter of taste. It is a trust mechanism. A brand that presents itself the same way everywhere looks established, serious, built to last. A brand that changes appearance with every touchpoint looks improvised, even when the work behind it is excellent.

IT Luxuoso builds that consistency end to end, with one team and one standard.

    • Logo and visual identity applied to every touchpoint
    • Print, video and 3D handled by one team
    • Published rates and an online quote configurator

This Page Is for You If

Your image no longer reflects the real quality of your work.

Your materials look like they come from different companies.

Your logo becomes illegible at small sizes, or impossible to place on a dark background.

You can no longer find the source files of your identity, or your former provider has stopped replying.

You are launching a brand, a product or an event and want immediate professional impact.

Every new item requires a discussion, because nothing was ever written down.

    What Consistent Branding Actually Changes

    Three measurable effects, routinely underestimated.

Recognition. A customer who saw your poster identifies your flyer without reading the name. That immediate recognition reduces the number of exposures needed before they remember you.

Trust. The care visible in your materials is read as the care you put into your work. That is unfair to excellent tradespeople whose communication is neglected, but it is how the brain judges, within tenths of a second.

Speed of execution. A documented identity lets you produce a new item in a day rather than a week. Colours, typefaces and usage rules already exist: nothing left to decide, only to apply. That gain compounds over years.

What Separates a Professional Logo From a Visual Generated in Five Minutes

AI logo generators produce results in seconds that often look appealing on screen. The problem only appears afterwards, when you need to use them.

A professional logo is built to survive its real-world uses. It stays legible at sixteen pixels across, the size of a favicon in a browser tab. It works in a single colour, for a stamp, an engraving or embroidery. It holds on light and dark backgrounds alike, with no halo or outline hastily added. It withstands being enlarged on a shopfront sign without pixelating, which requires a vector file rather than an image.

None of these constraints are visible to the client during the presentation. All of them become daily problems six months later.

The second pitfall of auto-generated logos is resemblance. The same tools, trained on the same references, produce the same shapes. In a market as small as Martinique, discovering that a direct competitor has a visually similar logo is not a theoretical risk.

The Files to Insist On, and Who Owns Them

This is the point almost nobody checks before paying, and the one that causes problems years later.

On delivery of your identity, you should receive the vector files, the only ones that scale without loss, in the industry standard formats. Image versions for the web, with transparent backgrounds. The favicon for your website. Monochrome variants and versions adapted to dark backgrounds. Colour references in all three systems: screen codes, the print conversion, and the swatch reference for exact reproduction on an industrial surface.

One item is regularly overlooked: font licences. If your logo uses a commercially licensed typeface, that licence must be transferred to you or the usage must be covered. A business that discovers after three years that the font in its logo was never legally acquired inherits a problem it did not create.

At IT Luxuoso, the precise list of delivered files and the usage rights are written into the commercial proposal, before signature. You know exactly what you own.

    A System, Not a File

The difference between the Classique level and the higher tiers is not the number of proposals, but what remains usable after delivery.

A logo on its own leaves you deciding every time: which colour for this button, which typeface for this heading, how much space around the logo on this poster. A graphic charter answers those questions once and for all, and any future provider, printer, developer or videographer, produces a consistent result without consulting you.

The brand guide at the Pro Plus level goes further: it also documents tone, prohibited uses and edge cases. That is the right level for businesses working with several contributors or planning to grow quickly.

    Graphic Materials, Print and Digital

    PackageContentsPrice incl. VAT
    Flyer or poster ClassiqueStandard visual€99
Flyer or poster ProProfessional visual, stronger hierarchy and retouching€299
Flyer or poster Pro PlusPremium visual, creative direction and variations€599

These three levels cover the most requested formats. Other materials are produced on quote, following the same three-tier principle: printed business cards, roll-up and pull-up banners for trade shows, vehicle wraps, shopfront signage, packaging, product catalogues, large-format billboard artwork, restaurant menus, event programmes.

A Printed Item Is Understood Before It Is Read

A flyer has two seconds. A poster seen from a car has less. In that window, the reader does not read: they scan.

Visual hierarchy therefore decides everything. One dominant promise, then the date and place, then the way to act. Secondary details move to a link or a QR code rather than cluttering the surface.

We test every visual in its real context: displayed on a phone screen for social sharing, printed and held in hand for a flyer, viewed from several metres for a poster. An item approved only on a large desktop monitor holds unpleasant surprises.

    What Proper Print Preparation Changes

The colours you see on screen are not the ones that come off the press. A screen emits light, a printer lays down ink: some luminous greens and blues simply have no print equivalent. An unchecked conversion turns a vivid design into a dull one, and the discovery happens when the boxes arrive.

Three technical elements prevent this. Bleed, the margin of image extending past the final edge, avoids a white sliver at the cut. The safe area keeps important information away from the edges. And the press proof, approved before the run, commits both parties to a precise result.

We deliver files ready for professional printing, correctly named, with the specifications to pass on to your printer. Creating the file and printing it are two separate services: we take no margin on your print work.

One practical local point: depending on the format and volume, printing locally and printing in mainland France offer neither the same lead times nor the same costs. Deciding this early avoids discovering ten days before an event that the shipping window does not hold.

    Virtual Business Card

    PackageContentsPrice incl. VAT
Pack ProDigital card, QR code access, contact details and priority links€149
Pack PremiumView tracking and updates at any time€289

An optional €15 incl. VAT removes the IT Luxuoso signature from WhatsApp messages sent following an introduction.

A link or a QR code is enough to pass on your details, with no risk of a number or address being mistyped. The contact saves them to their phone in one tap.

The decisive advantage appears at the first change: a new number, a new role, a rebuilt website. A paper card becomes obsolete and the remaining stock is wasted. A virtual card updates itself, and the QR codes already distributed keep working.

The Pack Premium adds view tracking, useful after a trade show to know how many contacts actually opened the card.

    The 15-Second Short Video

This is the most cost-effective format for a local business, and the most demanding. Fifteen seconds forgive no slow introduction.

The first second must give a reason to stay: a gesture, a result, a contrast, a recognisable situation. Your brand introduction comes after capturing interest, never before.

Two technical constraints determine the outcome. The message must remain clear without sound, because most views happen in silence: on-screen text and imagery carry the essentials. And important elements must stay clear of the areas covered by the platform interface, buttons, account name, caption. A face or a price placed in the wrong spot disappears behind a button.

Filming happens on location, in your workshop, your shop or on site. A short shooting plan, prepared in advance, avoids improvising for half a day to obtain fifteen usable seconds.

    The Launch Video

A new offering deserves more than a sequence of screenshots. The launch video tells a short story: the problem, the promise, the experience, the expected action.

It shows the use rather than the interface. What matters is not how beautiful your new homepage looks, but what your customer can now do in three clicks instead of a phone call.

Subtitles, properly licensed music and permissions from anyone appearing on camera are part of the work. The delivered formats are defined before production, according to the channels you plan to use.

Intro Animation and Interactive 3D Model

These two services belong to a more ambitious register, reserved for projects where the experience is part of the brand story.

An intro animation establishes an atmosphere in five scenes before giving way to the content. It must stay lightweight, respect the reduced-motion preferences of people sensitive to animation, and never block access to information. An introduction with no skip button is an introduction that drives people away.

An interactive 3D model earns its place when photography falls short: a complex volume, a mechanism, a space, options to compare. The visitor rotates the object and clicks information points. The level of detail is calibrated for the web: a file that is too heavy ruins the very experience it was meant to create, and a fallback remains available for less powerful devices.

Caribbean Roots as an Asset Worth Owning

Martinique brands hold an advantage few markets offer: an immediately distinctive cultural identity. The colours, the materials, the Creole language, the references to the island create a recognition no agency can manufacture from scratch.

That advantage carries a technical counterpart. A product name in Creole is memorable and endearing, but it matches no search on Google. Nobody types a name they do not yet know.

The answer is not to abandon Creole, which would mean losing your difference. It is to let both registers coexist: the Creole name carries the identity, a descriptive phrase placed alongside it carries comprehension and visibility. You keep the charm and become findable.

The same reasoning applies to regional expansion. An identity designed from the outset to work in French and English opens the English-speaking Caribbean market, several million consumers reachable from Martinique. That means a logo without untranslatable wordplay, and layouts that tolerate two different text lengths.

Why One Agency for Your Whole Identity

Handing your logo to a graphic designer, your videos to a videographer, your print work to another provider and your website to a developer produces four different interpretations of your brand. Each does their job properly, and the overall result remains inconsistent.

An integrated agency guarantees that the green in your logo is exactly the green of your website, your flyer and your video. That precision is never consciously noticed. Its absence is.

The other benefit is time. You explain your business once. Every new item starts from an understanding already acquired, without rebuilding the brief from zero.

Our work is on display in our portfolio.

Three Identities Delivered, Three Concrete Results

MonBonKado, a local gift platform: identity, interface and launch materials. The brand now ranks first on Google for "bons cadeaux Martinique" and "cartes cadeaux Martinique".

ProEvent97, a professional events listing: identity and premium showcase website. Ranked first on Google for professional event searches in Martinique, over 300 events listed and more than 10,000 unique visitors in a few months.

SOC Electric, electrical work and emergency repairs: brand image and materials rebuilt. Result reported by the client: more repair enquiries and a clearer understanding of the subscription offers.

An identity is judged by what it produces. Here are three Martinique brands whose visual world and materials we designed, with the result obtained.

Creating Is Not Enough: You Have to Distribute and Measure

A beautiful piece of design carrying no way to be evaluated is a piece you will never be able to improve. You will know what it cost you, never what it earned you.

That is the boundary between this page and the next. Creating the materials belongs to the offering presented here. Distributing them, tracking them and measuring their return belongs to our advertising campaign management: dedicated addresses per channel, distinct QR codes per distribution zone, promotional codes, tracking parameters.

Concretely, a flyer designed here and distributed across three neighbourhoods with three different QR codes tells you where your customer base actually is. The same flyer without measurement leaves you repeating it identically next year, never improving.

    The Foundation: Your Website

All your materials converge on a single point: your website. It is what turns the attention your communication creates into concrete enquiries.

The order matters. A high-performing campaign leading to a confusing website produces nothing, and the budget is lost twice: on distribution, and on customers who will not come back.

    How an Identity Project Unfolds

The framing stage clarifies your positioning, your audiences, your real-world uses and your constraints. A logo destined for embroidery on a uniform obeys different rules from a purely digital one.

Research examines your sector, including the risk of resemblance to existing players, particularly in a market where everyone knows everyone.

Creative directions are presented with their intent, not just their appearance. You understand why each proposal exists, which makes the decision possible without it becoming a debate about taste.

Refinement develops the chosen direction and its variants. Testing verifies legibility at small sizes, monochrome rendering, behaviour on contrasting backgrounds and conversion for print.

Delivery hands over the files, the usage rules and the rights, as listed in the commercial proposal.
